My parcel has been delivered damaged and its contents have deteriorated. What should I do?

When your parcel is delivered by the letter carrier, the packaging looks damaged:

  • if you refuse delivery, it will be returned to our premises, where we can resend a new parcel to your home address.
  • if the parcel has been left unopened in your letterbox or with a neighbor or janitor: return it (UNOPENED) to a post office within the next working day. The parcel will be returned to sender.
