THE SALE:

In its capacity as seller, the MEGA-GEAR.NET site is responsible for any defects related to the conformity of the products sold on the site. In this context, the buyer's attention is drawn to the following provisions:

1- The seller is obliged to deliver goods in conformity with the contract and is liable for any defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery.
He is also liable for any lack of conformity resulting from the packaging, assembly instructions or installation when the latter is his responsibility under the contract or was carried out under his responsibility.

To conform to the contract, the good must :

1- Be fit for the purpose usually expected of similar goods and, where applicable : Correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model ;

2- present the qualities that a buyer may legitimately expect, having regard to the public statements made by the seller, the producer or his representative, particularly in advertising or labelling, andhave the characteristics defined by mutual agreement between the parties or be suitable for any special use sought by the buyer, brought to the attention of the seller and accepted by the latter.
 Any action resulting from a lack of conformity must be brought within 2 years of delivery of the goods.
 
3- The seller is liable for any hidden defects in the item sold which render it unfit for the purpose for which it was intended, or which impair that purpose to such an extent that the buyer would not have purchased it, or would have paid a lower price for it, had he been aware of them.
4- The action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the buyer within 2 years of discovery of the defect.

5- Pursuant to the provisions of the French Civil Code, the contract is concluded with the second click of the order button, by which you confirm your shopping basket after having had the opportunity to correct it. Prices are inclusive of all taxes.

6-In the event of a logistical error or receipt of the wrong item, you will first be asked to confirm the error with our customer service department, then to proceed with a return using a form that you can download from your customer area. We can then proceed with a new shipment or a refund.

STORE PRODUCTS :

VisitxenoandrogensOf the MegaGear brand are produced in a laboratory located in the European Union, from tocopherols, tocotrienols and nicotinamides which are substances legal and not subject to restrictions in the European Union.

At present, known xenoandrogens include modified tocopherols and tocotrienols, modified nicotinamides. 

 

PRODUCT USE :

The MEGA-GEAR.NET website cannot be held responsible for the use of products offered for sale on the website. It is the user's responsibility to find out the correct dosage. These are indicated on the boxes and on the product sheets. MEGA-GEAR is in no way a substitute for a doctor. Our products are not intended to prevent or treat any disease or deficiency.

 As each person is unique, results may vary from one individual to another and are not guaranteed.

DELIVERY:

The customer acknowledges and accepts the terms of delivery. Delivery options are COLISSIMO, CHRONOPOST or DHL. The MEGA-GEAR.NET site undertakes to prepare and dispatch orders within 48 hours, excluding weekends, public holidays and vacation periods. Delivery times are given as an indication only and should not be considered as a commitment on the part of the seller. The average delivery time for Metropolitan France is 3 to 6 working days, depending on the destination. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. This time may be shorter or longer depending on the payment and/or delivery option chosen.These lead times are given for information only and are not binding on us, and shall not give rise to any claim for compensation against the Company.

RETURNS and CANCELLATIONS :

Our brand is committed to its customers and we have therefore extended the cooling-off period to 30 DAYS.
The period is counted from receipt of the products. If the 30-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day. You do not need to give any reason for exercising your right of withdrawal. There are no penalties. You will receive a full refund for your order and shipping costs.

DISPUTES :

For any item received that is defective, a return will be requested in order to be able to proceed with an exchange or refund.
Return and reshipment costs are at the seller's expense.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetics and dietary supplements which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and health protection
The customer, if he decides to use his right of withdrawal, undertakes to pay the direct cost of returning the goods by colissimo or any other carrier of his choice allowing online tracking of the return package.

Refunds are made using the credit card used for payment. Refunds are made within a maximum of ten days.

Jurisdiction in the event of a dispute with the Site Mega-Gear.net site lies with the court in the place of the plaintiff.

REMINDER:

The Commission concludes that the existing Community legal instruments are satisfactory. It is therefore not necessary to establish specific rules applicable to substances other than vitamins or minerals used in food supplements. The market for food supplements is extremely diverse from one Member State to another. The use of these substances is therefore subject to the rules in force in national legislation, without prejudice to other Community provisions which apply to them. However, the Commission does not rule out further analysis of the conditions for adding these substances to foodstuffs in general, since they are now added to ordinary foodstuffs.
